Join the Milltown Haunt crew
Do you love Halloween, haunted attractions, and creating unforgettable experiences? Milltown Haunt is now hiring for the 2026 season, and we're looking for reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic individuals to join our crew.
Whether you're interested in becoming a scare actor, assisting guests, working event operations, or helping behind the scenes, there's a place for you on our team.
SCAREACTORS: All scare actors must be comfortable working in confined spaces and around loud noises, strobe lights, and fog effects. Prior acting experience is a plus, but not required—just a passion for scaring!
SECURITY: Help us keep the haunt safe and secure for everyone. We're seeking dependable individuals to monitor both inside and outside the attraction. A background in public service or security is a bonus but not necessary.
EVENT STAFF: Be the friendly face guests remember! We’re looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals who thrive in guest-facing roles such as ticket sales, line and crowd management.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS:
· Must be 16 years or older to work at Milltown Haunt
Ability to communicate professionally with a great attitude
· Ability to perform the following physical tasks (position dependent): walk and/or stand for 4 to 6 hours, lift 25lbs, repetitive movements, ascend/descend stairs, or remain in a stationary position for the entire shift
· Must be able to work nontraditional hours to include evenings and weekends; October through November
· Ability to adapt to a constantly changing work environment and thrive in a team setting
