  • Yes, to save time the easiest way is to purchase your tickets online. BUY TICKETS! Tickets can be purchased on site, as well.

    Tickets are sold in 30-minute time slots. You must check-in within your time slot.

  • The haunt is designed to be scary and disorienting. Some situations may not be appropriate for children under 13 years of age. Anyone under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult.

    We have 5-year-olds who “love it” the entire time, as well as 35-year-olds who are too scared. It all depends on the individual. Parents must use their own discretion as to whether the haunt is appropriate for their children.

  • A limited number of private fire pits are available to rent for you and your group to enjoy while you wait to go into the haunt. Rentals are for 1 hour.

  • The haunt is not recommended for people with heart problems, with balance problems, are prone to seizures, are pregnant, or have any other afflictions made worse by fear, anxiety, low light levels, or flashing lights.

    Do not enter this attraction if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, balance issues, are prone to seizures, are pregnant, have physical ailments that affect mobility, have respiratory problems, suffer from claustrophobia, suffer any sort of mental disease, or any type of medical problem.

  • While we would love everyone to experience Milltown Haunt, it isn’t possible due to the set-up and layout of the barn. There are narrow hallways, obstacles and airbags that make it difficult for anyone who is physically or visually impaired.

  • Throughout the haunt our actors will get close to you but will never touch you, on purpose. There are scenes in the haunt that will have things touching you (curtains, air bags, etc..) but nothing with the intent to restrain or harm.

  • Yes, food and beverages will be onsite and can be consumed outside the haunt. No food or beverages will be allowed inside the haunt.

  • When asked this question, we answer with…how fast can you run? Just kidding, please do not run through the haunt.

  • Cell phone use, cell phone flashlights, and video recording are NOT permitted inside the haunt.

    But if you are outside the haunt and find one of the demented creatures roaming around, I am sure they would be happy to take a photo with you. Feel free to share your photo with us on social media or email us at info@milltownhaunt.com. #MilltownHaunt

  • Yes, there are emergency exits throughout the haunt. Let one of our actors know that you want to exit the haunt and they will get you to the nearest exit, safely.

    Please be aware that after you leave the haunt, you cannot get a refund or enter again as this means we did our job better than you expected.

  • The waiver is agreed by you with the purchase of your ticket online. Please read the waiver carefully. If purchasing a group of tickets on line, please share the waiver with each member of your party. If you are purchasing your ticket in person you will need to sign a waiver before entering.

  • Yes!! Having a corporate event, a wedding, party or would like to have the haunt for a large group? Contact us at info@milltownhaunt.com.

  • We are an indoor/outdoor haunt and will usually remain open unless it’s unsafe. If we have to close due to inclement weather it will be posted on our website and social media . There are NO REFUNDS for rain! Instead, a “Rain Check” will be issued if you choose to attend another night during this season.

Haunt Rules

Please follow the following rules.  Failure to do so may result in removal from Milltown Haunt!
  • Close toed shoes are required.  
  • No running, pushing or shoving. Walk!!
  • Don’t touch the actors.
  • Don’t touch the props.
  • No Smoking inside the haunt.
  • No food or beverages allowed inside the haunt .
  • Firearms or weapons are not permitted on the premises.
  • We LOVE Halloween but ask that you do not wear your costumes or mask to the haunt.
  • No flashlights or phone lights.
  • No video recording or photography inside the haunt.
  • There are no refunds after you purchase your ticket.
  • We reserve the right to remove anyone displaying drunken or violent behavior that may affect the safety of our guests and staff.
