The Loudoun Career Fire Fighters Foundation (LCFFF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and the charitable arm of IAFF Local 3756.

Their mission is to provide support and assistance to the uniformed and civilian members of the Loudoun County Fire and Rescue Department, both active and retired, along with their families and the community they serve. Each year, LCFFF assists 10–15 members and families facing unexpected hardships, providing critical support during times of need. The Foundation also supports community outreach initiatives, including annual holiday toy drives that help bring joy to children and families throughout Loudoun County.

Through the generosity of donors and community partners, LCFFF ensures that those who dedicate their lives to serving others receive support when they need it most.
